The Sundströms go to the zoo (LONG POST) II

Who's taller? Johanna or Sofie?

Patten's calling Sofie on her slight exaggeration:

Aron, Ivar, and Lukas racing to the top:

Aron is playing it cool while waiting for the European Elk:

Everyone wanted a turn holding Mofa and Momo's hand:

You can "bear"ly recognize us! *wink*

I could see the headling now for Aftonbladet: "Child Falls Into Bear Enclosure"...

A little romance:

I think Hannes gave the zoo two enthusiastic thumbs up!

This will be framed at the house:

The Silver Fox.

We forgot to post this after it happened, but several weeks ago Hästhagavägen 204 was visited by a silver fox. Here is Hampus deciding that this isn't really a threat:

Very cute:

Kids, kids, kids, kids, and rain...

For the past couple of weeks, we've been thrilled to visit with the Ventins. Along with the Ventins come kids! Kids! Kids!

Esther and Adam:
Adam and Lukas:

That's safe, right?

Netti and Pecka's newest, Livia, who is training to master the Crane Kick:

More kids! We spent a great afternoon at Netti and Pecka's house having a grill part. Some of Kristina's old friends, Sofia and Patti (Sofia and her sister Linnea were the two who sung the beautiful song at our wedding party for those of you who were there), were there with their three girls, Marta, Edit, Adele. Here is a random mix of kids with Emmy (Netti and Pecka's oldest) thrown in for good measure!

How does Martin feel about all of these kids running around? Well...let's just say a trip to the hospital isn't too far in the future:

Also, it rained like Alabama the other day:

The guys were so ready to be done!

Untitled from W Odom on Vimeo.

Paul's done with military...

Small towns are so similar wherever you are. Paul finished his six month mililtary training, which traditionally ends with a parade through the square in Jakobstad. Here are some pictures:

All of the guys loaded in the back of one of the Sundström trucks:

Driven by Jopi and Janina:

I'm sure his parents are so proud (he's in the blue)! ZEROOOOOO!

All they left behind was a smoke bomb...not so pleasant:

Football game

No, not REAL football, but still fun to watch! We took some of the boys to watch Kristina's brother, Jopi, play a game the other night. Here he is (#20) looking like black flames follow him as he runs:
Ivar thinking about...fishing?

Another action shot:

You've got to click this one to see the intense concentration on his face:

Shot on goal! One of three close ones for big number 20 that evening:

Future Beckham?
